New Website

It is official!  I have bought the domain name www (dot) singlelifeline (dot) com.  I am so excited that I couldn't wait and unveil the finished product.  If you navigate to the page there is a generic Wordpress landing page for now.  Hopefully in the next few weeks we will be up and running with easier navigation and a more pleasant looking site.

Divine Delays

Exercise Plan

I thought the best way to implement a long term exercise plan would be to make simple changes gradually because every little bit DOES help! So here are the suggestions:

 

1. Take the stairs-I know for a fact this works. In February I moved into a townhouse with a flight of stairs inside and a flight of stairs outside up to the front door. I lost 16 pounds in a month and that was the only difference I made to my routine.

I also posted a coupon shopping list template under thrify living.  Print one out for each store you stop at and write up the best price deal for each item.  Watch the sale paper and when the coupon and sale hit together...have fun :)
