It is official!  I have bought the domain name www (dot) singlelifeline (dot) com.  I am so excited that I couldn't wait and unveil the finished product.  If you navigate to the page there is a generic Wordpress landing page for now.  Hopefully in the next few weeks we will be up and running with easier navigation and a more pleasant looking site.

I thought the best way to implement a long term exercise plan would be to make simple changes gradually because every little bit DOES help! So here are the suggestions:

1. Take the stairs-I know for a fact this works. In February I moved into a townhouse with a flight of stairs inside and a flight of stairs outside up to the front door. I lost 16 pounds in a month and that was the only difference I made to my routine.
